Facebook revealed its new application this Monday, the application lets you to manage your facebook fan page from your iphone,all you need to do is to just download the application, install it, enter your login details and it’s all done. You can update the status of your page; can comment on posts, can upload photos etc. Not only this, the app also gives complete access to the Facebook insights tools to monitor the on-going activities. The application was in testing mode i.e. beta version last week and now it’s has been rolled out to US and users from US can download it from the app store, the important & attractive factor of this application is that it’s free to use and requires the iOS version 4.2 or higher.
This launch will surely help the social media marketers and brand managers to control the activity on brand pages from anywhere they want and the communication between the customers/fans and brand will become more effective and useful.
