Video games are good source of indoor entertainment with your friends and family. With the boost in game development sector many of new games have been launched in past few years and got a remarkable response from the audience. Now a day’s with the advancement in technology and moreover advancement in making technology portable and multitasking has made people to enjoy their free time on surfing and gaming with computers and friends.
It’s good to play games which are healthy for your mental relaxation and to release your stress but to involve in these stuffs over the limit and to keep every other thing aside can create more tension and stress for you even your married life can be broken and you could have been sell out for this.
Sounds quite shocking? But that’s true. A girl has already placed an ad to sell out her husband.Twenty-one year old Alyse Baddley recently placed an ad on Craigslist to sell her husband Kyle as he played the war based games for 3 years.The ad was
“I am selling my 22 year old husband. He enjoys eating and playing video games all day. Easy to maintain, just feed and water every 3-5 hours. You must have Internet and space for gaming. Got tired of waiting so free to good home. If acceptable replacement is offered I will trade.”
It’s not over here the lady had also joked to her mother-in-law that she would list her husband on Craigslist if he didn’t stop playing the war-based video game.
Kyle was recently discharged from military due to having a back injury while serving in Afghanistan. Although he took this ad as a joke but now he pays more attention to his friends and family rather than spending more times on video games.
Modern Warfare 3 has also been the cause of other incidents around the world. During the launch of the game earlier this month, a man based out of Colorado threatened to blow up a Best Buy and return to the store to shoot the employees after the store ran out of preorder copies. Another incident in Europe involved robberies of thousands of copies of the game costing over $1 million.
Everything is perfect and beneficial if used properly but the excessive use of it can cause problems even though if you are using it for some good purpose. A balanced life is a happy life as nothing can be more important than your family and work.
